Kidman, Sandler, Aniston to team for slapstick flick

Nicole Kidman will team up with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston for the comedy Just Go For It.
The Hollywood Reporter says Sandler, the comic star of Funny People, will play a man who recruits a woman to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to woo the woman of his dreams.
Aniston will play the fake wife in the flick, which was originally titled Pretend Wife.
Kidman will take a cameo role, while Sports Illustrated cover model Brooklyn Decker, 22, will play the object of Sandler's desire.
Dennis Dugan, who has worked with Sandler many times, will direct.
Kidman is no stranger to comedy, having played comic roles in The Stepford Wives and Bewitched.

Gerard Butler Laughs Off Jennifer Aniston, Jam Rumors

Gerard Butler was romantically linked to Jennifer Aniston while they were filming their new comedy, "The Bounty Hunter." With the film about to be released on March 19, those rumors will inevitably be brought up again, and Butler said he just needs to keep a sense of humor about the whole thing.
On the red carpet of Cosmopolitan's 2010 Fun Fearless Males party, MTV News asked the Scottish actor whether he was fun or fearless in the upcoming flick. "I have to be both [in the movie], and in my life I have to be both," he said. "I just kind of have to be on a lot."
And following his own advice to laugh at the gossip about himself, he dished about which rumors happen to be his favorites. "I read a rumor somewhere saying that I was actually a woman," he said. "There was one, apparently ... I was just talking about Jen, saying, 'I'm not a gimp,' going on about ... how I want all these other women in my life.
"Then there was one about jam," he continued. "Apparently, I like to go into cafés and order scones and take out my mother's homemade jam. And I take it with me everywhere. And in the same article, it said apparently Johnny Depp likes to travel with his own toilet seat."
While it's hard to imagine anyone not laughing at that kind of gossip, Aniston herself explained to "Access Hollywood" last month that his easygoing attitude is what made them friends. "Gerry's the most unpretentious guy," she said. "He's a guy's guy, but he's absolutely the most lovely and sort of self-deprecating [person], and just what you see is what you get."

Jennifer Aniston has a new hobby; the Friends actress has apparently developed an interest in the sky above and taken up Astronomy!
The 41-year-old has reportedly bought a $3,000 (£2,000) Celestron telescope to look at the stars and stuff.
"Jennifer is always looking for ways to expand her horizons, and this is her new hobby," an insider revealed.
"She's already been showing off her new toy to friends - she thinks it's a great conversation piece."
It sounds like fun to us!

Aniston and Paltrow Launch New Chopard Store in Morocco

Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston walked the red carpet in Morocco as they launched a new Chopard store.
The actresses dazzled in front of photographers at the opening of the Chopard shop at the exclusive La Mamounia hotel in Marrakesh, Morocco.
Paltrow, 37, arrived at the bash without her Coldplay frontman husband Chris Martin but was joined on the red carpet by fellow actress Jennifer Aniston, 40.
Aniston was recently seen arriving at a London airport with actor Orlando Bloom, 32, sparking rumors they were spending Thanksgiving together.
However, Bloom also walked the carpet with his model girlfriend Miranda Kerr, 26.
Other stars at the event included Salma Hayek, Juliette Binoche and Bryan Ferry.

Aniston Spends Thanksgiving in Morocco

Jennifer Aniston joined other celebrities for the re-opening of legendary Moroccan hotel, La Mamounia, on Thanksgiving. Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Orlando Bloom and Salma Hayek appeared on the red carpet to bring attention to the hotel. The hotel recently re-opened after a three-year renovation.
Aniston, who wore a gown by Celine, told People magazine: "It's sad to be away from America on Thanksgiving, but I actually had my meal last week in L.A. with friends." She added, "I was last here 10 years ago, so I am happy to be back." ... Read More ...

Jen Taking A Break from Acting?

After wrapping production on "The Bounty" alongside Gerard Butler just last week, Jennifer Aniston is back in Hollywood promoting her new romantic flick "Love Happens" before taking some much needed rest away from the lights and action.
"I’m going to go on an adventure, take myself somewhere. I won’t start another job until at least January," Aniston told FOXNews.com. "I want to take time off. I’m going to throw myself into ‘Echo’ (her production company) and just keep plugging away."
While the 40-year-old’s professional life couldn’t be better, she has endured more than her fair share of personal pain with a very public divorce from Brad Pitt and a string of ruptured romances - and yet the former "Friends" starlet couldn’t be more thankful for her life blessings.

Jen Still Believes in Love

Proud "lonely girl" Jennifer Aniston is featured in Australia's Harper's Bazaar this month, and in addition to dealing with that hat they made her wear for the cover, she also talks about love!
No, she doesn't reveal anything groundbreaking, but anytime the actress uses the word love we must report it. So here we go:
"I'm still a romantic. I still believe in love," she says when asked if her relationships have made her cynical. How long do we have to keep hearing that Jen is OK? Just kidding, we know the answer to that question: forever.

As for why the romance sometimes dies, Jen explains:
"I think it's laziness. I really do. I think a good relationship is about collaboration. That's the way to go in a relationship. I think you just need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want. That way it's not threatening. You just need to say, 'This is important to me.' Don't expect your mate to read your mind."
But she also believes women do too much in relationships:
"Oh yeah. I think that’s because it's just instinctual as a woman to be the caretaker of your home. Women complain that men don't do enough, but it's your own fault. You train your man to do nothing. You can't blame someone for not knowing what his or her job should be if you don't ask for it right off the bat."

Jen's new Diet

Jennifer Aniston turned 40 this year and in the midst of filming several movies has maintained a lean, fit physique. When asked about her diet plan, Aniston is reportedly able to lose 5 pounds in 5 days with a protein packed low calorie diet. According to LIfe and Style weekly, Aniston eats nearly the same thing every day during the week-long fast.
Breakfast: A 250 calorie egg white omelet packed with vegetables and feta cheese.
Lunch: A 300-500 calorie salad, with a high protein fish such as tuna.
Dinner: A lean 500 calorie fish or chicken entree, and salad greens with no dressing.
The daily calorie intake, as estimated by Life and Style dietitian Joseph Mutz is a low 1050 to 1250 calories. The diet is also very low in carbohydrates. Aniston who is 5' 5" should consume approximately 2,200 calories per day to support her active lifestyle according to government health standards. By cutting a significant number of calories and limiting carbohydrates, Aniston may be able to slim down by dropping water weight, but the diet is probably not sustainable for an extended period of time.
